Signing Ceremony of Venture Fund Cooperation between Coway and CIGRG
On August 1st, 2016, Coway and China Gold Rich Group (hereinafter referred to as CIGRG) launched the signing ceremony of venture fund cooperation. Mr. Hongxin Tan, President of Coway, and Ms. Li Jiang, President of CIGRG presented and signed the cooperation agreement. Mr. Zhengping Liu, Executive VP of Coway, and Ms. Taohong Li, Director of Business Development of Coway also attended the ceremony.
Coway and CIGRG will establish a venture fund dedicated to the investment of hi-tech projects in all stages. This venture fund shall fully integrate Coway’s resources home and abroad, and its professional project evaluation and selection advantages. On the other hand, this venture fund shall also utilize CIGRG’s excellent capability in investment and capital market operation. Therefore, it will facilitate the project to be on the market in a faster and steadier way. The establishment of this fund shall greatly enhance Coway’s business in helping overseas technologies to be localized in China, with stronger capital and market support.
CIGRG is a company dedicated to equity investment, asset management, and investment and consulting services. The main model of equity investment and asset management is through fund management. The investment and consulting is mainly targeted to companies who is in the stage of scaling-up.
