With the Kyoto Protocol's
entry into force on Feb.16,2005, Chinese enterprises are facing
opportunities to explore the greatest potentials for CDM projects
through the win-win international cooperation, particularly in
some GHG-related areas such as energy, environment and ecosystem.
We facilitate integrated consulting
services on CDM project development for companies
in the environment and energy sector in developing countries.
We have the necessary local and international expertise to assist
the registration of CDM projects and facilitate the sale of Certified
Emission Reductions (CERs) in the international carbon credit
markets.
In order to make continuous efforts to contribute to the preservation
of the global environment and the promotion of sustainable development,
we have applied to CDM Executive Board (EB) for DOE
(Designated Operational Entity) that validates and
subsequently requests registration of a proposed CDM project activity
which will be considered valid and verifies emission reduction
of a registered CDM project activity, certifies as appropriate
and requests EB to issue Certified Emission Reductions accordingly.
Entrusted by the Energy System Analysis Division (ESAD) under
the Institute of Nuclear and New Energy Technology (INET), Tsinghua
University, a top seat of CDM methodology study and academic research
on climate change, we established Tsinghua
CDM Network and keep maintaining this network to
promote CDM development in China.
